Chalo Ishq Ladaayen tells the story of Pappu (Govinda) and his loving relationship with his grandmother (Zora Sehgal) who slaps him at a drop of a hat. For her, Pappu is still a child at heart even though he may have grown up physically and become matured mentally. Pappu falls for Sapna (Rani Mukherjee).
